Made-to-order production

Every Apex Fairings kit is made to order. Production can take up to 30 days before dispatch. We will send tracking when your order ships — tracking details are issued within 24–72 hours of shipment. If you have not received tracking after 72 hours, email [email protected]. Carrier transit times vary by destination and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free standard shipping and import charges

Standard shipping is free to available destinations. Your destination country or carrier may charge import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges. You are responsible for those charges, including charges due on delivery.

Please check your local import requirements before ordering. If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned because import charges are not paid, it remains subject to the made-to-order cancellation and return terms below.

Returns and replacements

Made-to-order products are not eligible for a refund because of a change of mind or preference once production has begun. Unopened kits may be returned within 30 days of receipt under our Returns and Refund Policy, minus the applicable restocking fee ($250 standard, $350 custom).

When your kit arrives, inspect it within 72 hours and report any damage, defect, or incorrect part within 30 days of receipt. Contact [email protected] promptly with your order number and follow these steps so we can assess your claim quickly:

1. Do not install the affected parts yet — this keeps the replacement process smooth. 2. Photograph the box your kit arrived in, including the shipping label. 3. Take clear photos of each issue in natural sunlight and send them as PNG or JPG files. 4. List every part that needs replacing, circling the affected areas in your photos where possible.

We will assess the issue and provide a full replacement kit when the claim is confirmed. Do not install, modify, or return a kit before we provide instructions.

Changing or cancelling an order

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately with the order number. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement carry a $100 cancellation fee. Beyond 24 hours, a restocking fee applies: $250 for standard orders and $350 for custom orders. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled because it has been made to your order.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
