HOW WE OPERATE
Every Apex Fairings kit is custom-made, requiring approximately 14–21 business days for production. Upon completion, each kit undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection, including UV-light testing to detect even the smallest imperfections. After refinements are made, detailed photos are provided to clients for final approval prior to shipment.
Unlike many competitors, Apex Fairings utilizes OEM-style and custom-designed ABS injection molding technology to ensure precision and consistency in every piece. Engineered for maximum durability, our fairings are also equipped with heat-shield protection as a standard feature—offering riders lasting performance and peace of mind.
WHAT WE DO
At Apex Fairings, every fairing kit is custom-made and it takes around 14-21 working days to complete the production process. The process includes molding of the kit, prep work, and professional painting. The kit then goes through the quality control stage for correction of minor imperfections. Finally, photos are sent over to the client for approval of the design before dispatch.
